How to make reservation

After visiting our website, fill out the request form to ask for availability for the dates and the apartment you desire. You will receive a response from us as soon as possible. In the meantime, we suggest that you carefully read the “Cancellation policy” and “Travel Insurance”

After the availability (or any alternative) has been confirmed you may proceed with the booking.
To confirm your reservation, you will receive either by e-mail a form to fill out where you’ll find all the information. Return the form with all of its sections completed

As soon as we receive your booking form we will immediately send you a confirmation voucher by email.
Please print the confirmation voucher and bring it with you for your check-in. The confirmation voucher includes the details of the reservation, the date and time of arrival and departure, the rental rate, and the terms of payment

Upon arrival please show the confirmation voucher and your identity documents (such as your passport) for registration. Payment for your stay must be made the afternoon before the day of departure. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercad and American Express)
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel all or part of your reservation, these are the conditions:
– from the date of booking up to 16 weeks before arrival date: 30% of total rent*
– from less than 16 weeks before arrival date up to 8 weeks before arrival: 30% of total rent
– from less than 8 weeks before arrival date up to 4 weeks before arrival date: 50% total rent
– from less than 4 weeks before arrival date up to 2 weeks before arrival date: 70% total rent
– from less than 2 weeks before arrival date up to arrival day: 100% total rent
– no show: 100% of total rent
– for late arrivals or early departures: 100% of total rent

* in this time frame we give to you the opportunity to apply the fee toward another reservation within one year of your original dates of travel for the same apartment and for the same length of stay. Unused credit may not be transferred or sold in any manner to another person.

We kind ask guests to settle their account the afternoon before departure.
